First meet but good signs for Jeremy Callaghan’s Torana

Jeremy made the trip down from NSW to Calder Park to run in the Pro Street field. His PROFAB built Torana runs small block 427 LSX twin 82mm turbos.

First qualifying round,  Jeremy was quickest running 7.70@188mph and by the end of the qualifying Jeremy held no.2 spot with a PB of 7.66@190mph. This was Jeremy’s first race meet with a new AMS1000 boost controller from Pro Line Racing. Jeremy cut his weekend short after going out first round, but we look forward to seeing him around to top runners in his class soon!

Congratulations Jeremy on a great achievement.

Andre’s XT

Andre’s XT is a stock block 383ci Cleveland with CHI heads and makes a very stout 650hp. It runs a 10.39 @ 130mph in street trim on radial tyres and mufflers, with a relatively slow 60 ft time. Not bad for a daily driver….

Sweet XT

Victor and Gino really know how to build a car. This beauitiful XT Fairmont not only looks great but really gets up and goes too.

A recent trip to Heathcote saw them run a 10.51 @ 129MPH in street trim with full exhaust and ET street tyres. That has drawn a lot of attention to this standard stroke 351 Cleveland. With 3V heads and manifold and lots of TLC the engine made 628hp on the pump.

Well done guys!
