First qualifying round,  Jeremy was quickest running 7.70@188mph and by the end of the qualifying Jeremy held no.2 spot with a PB of 7.66@190mph. This was Jeremy’s first race meet with a new AMS1000 boost controller from Pro Line Racing. Jeremy cut his weekend short after going out first round, but we look forward to seeing him around to top runners in his class soon!

Joe had the dream weekend, with everything running perfectly like a swiss watch! The Cortina had the quickest times from the first qualifying round to the final race of the night, which resulted in Joe taking home the trophy & the cash!

This was only Joe’s second race meet with the new combo even though his PB is a 7.45@195mph he could not manage to get close to it due to track temp being too high (150 deg). With the right conditions this will surely change and in any case Joe was consistenly in the 7.6s best time of the weekend being a 7.62@192mph.

The weekend didn’t start as planned. First qualifying pass ended up with a broken transmission and not being able to complete a full pass. This meant that Dom missed the second qualifying round due to a transmission swap. Then in the third qualifying round the transbrake button failed causing the car to red light with no time recorded. Domenic qualified last starting elimination racing against the fastest competitor. Despite the bumping qualifying, Domenic won through this round and winning all four rounds with a string of low 7s@200mph.

The Mustang came home with the trophy & cash with a best time of the weekend being a 7.20@202mph congratulations Domenic on another great result!

The first outting went 8.49@168.77mph pedaling the car down the track with only the third pass on the car. To our knowledge that would have to be the fastest stock body standard suspension pass in a Falcon in the country – a big statement we know, but get in contact with us if you know of something quicker. Some other great news about this new combo is Dandy Engines knows the car has more in it! So stay tuned for even more!

Joe Gauci, from Profab and driver of the blue Ford Cortina, went 7.45@194mph off the trailer to make him the driver of Australia’s #1 Modified Street car!

Long time customer of Dandy Engines and Pro Line Racing, Dom Luppino, was present with his SBF Twin Turbo Mustang. He belted out an incredible 7.12@204.70mph. This run made history repeat itself again, Dom broke his old record as Australia’s #1 Pro Street car! Not to mention, Dom was the winner of the Pro Street class!

With a blown 509ci big block making 840hp Carmen’s truck is a “head turner” wherever it goes, and he takes it everywhere.

It runs a 10.39 @ 130mph in street trim on radial tyres and mufflers, with a relatively slow 60 ft time.

Not bad for a daily driver……………

Being only the second time out “Age” is hoping for more out of the “X DUB” yet.
